A preliminary subdivision plat has been submitted for a 16-Lot Subdivision located at 13655 W. Howard Avenue. The Preliminary Plat was reviewed by the Plan Commission on October 2, 2017. The Preliminary Plat was forwarded to the Common Council and Resolution #17-31 was approved at the October 10, 2017 meeting.
A request for a Voluntary Sketch Plan/Conceptual Review was submitted for a 17-lot single family subdivision at 13655 W. Howard Avenue (Tax Key 1246-996001). The Plan Commission discussed the concept plan at their March 30, 2017 meeting. A site visit was held on April 13, 2017.
