The applicant has submitted an application to rezone the property located at 20355 W/ Julius Heil Drive (Tax Keys: 1279-990) from Q-1 and C-2 to R-1/R-2 and C-2 to remove the Q-1 Zoning District.  A public hearing was held at the June 5, 2017 Plan Commission meeting. At the June 29, 2017 meeting, the Plan Commission approved the request and forwarded a recommendation to the Common Council.  At the July 25, 2017 Common Council meeting, an ordinance was adopted to approve this rezoning.
