November 9, 2020 - Concept plan review
December 14, 2020 - Public Hearing on Rezoning and 2030 Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
February 1, 2021 - Public Hearing & approval of Rezoning and 2030 Comprehensive Plan Amendments. Plan Commission approved the Comprehensive Plan amendments via Resolution # 21-01. Plan Commission approved the rezoning request.
April 12, 2021 - Preliminary Plat - Plan Commission recommended approval to the Common Council of a 27-Lot subdivision.
July 20, 2021 - The City received a letter from Mr. Bryan Lindgren on behalf of Neumann Developments Inc. withdrawing their application for 27-Lot Preliminary Plat.
August 20, 2021 - The City received a new Preliminary Plat application for an 18-Lot subdivision.
October 4, 2021 - Preliminary Plat - Plan Commission recommend approval to the Common Council of a new plat with 18 lots.
August 15, 2022 - Final Plat - Plan Commission recommend approval to the Common Council of a Final Plat with 18 lots.
Common Council
February 9, 2021 - Approval of Rezoning and 2030 Comprehensive Plan Amendments. Common Council approved the Comprehensive Plan amendments via Ordinance # 2646 and the Rezoning amendments via Ordinance # 2644.
April 27, 2021 - Preliminary Plat - Common Council approved of a 27-Lot subdivision.
October 12, 2021 - Common Council approved an 18-Lot Preliminary Plat.
August 23, 2022- Common Council approved an 18-Lot Final Plat.
