This is an application for conceptual Use, Site, and Architectural review for a Neighborhood Plan located at 1750 S. Moorland Road. The development proposal includes the properties located along the east side of Moorland Road from Greenfield Avenue south to the New Berlin Recreational Trail. The proposal is for an overall Neighborhood Plan that includes approximately 6.6 acres of commercial development at the SE corner of Greenfield Avenue and Moorland Road, approximately 21.4 acres developed as the ‘Mandel Group Apartments’, a Class A, market rate apartment community featuring a clubhouse and pool as well as many other amenities, with the remainder of the site (6.5 acres) developed as a Senior Living Community.
