Overview
A direct seller is a person who sells goods or takes sales orders for the later delivery of goods at any location other than the permanent business place or residence of such person, partnership, association, or corporation.
Requirements
You must provide the following items, in addition to a completed application (PDF) for each individual, before we will issue a direct seller permit:
- Copy of your driver’s license or photo ID
- Annual permit fee of $100 per business (up to 3 individuals per license)
- Per-day licenses available for a fee of $10/day per person
- Additional background check fee of $10/person
Please remember that the City does not accept Credit Cards. Cash or Check Only.
