Overview
Amusement device licenses are required for any establishment with electronic game machines, pool tables, bowling alleys or jukeboxes. Amusement vendor licenses are required for anyone who distributes, leases and/or sells amusement devices within the City of New Berlin.
Fee Schedule
Fees for amusement licenses are as follows:
- $35 per device
- $100 per vendor

Any establishment with 11 or more amusement devices shall provide evidence of a use approval having been given by the City of New Berlin Plan Commission for an arcade before such license shall be issued.
