Overview
The Parks, Building and Grounds Commission shall have charge of all City-owned buildings & grounds, public playgrounds, ice rinks, public centers & other similar public property, and such other functions as are assigned to the Commission by the Common Council from time to time. This includes the development of public parks in conjunction with the Plan Commission, as well as maintenance and operation of public recreation facilities. (Created 7/28/2015 - Ordinance #2535)
